Our goal is to be a force for change, not just a reaction to the status quo but educating and empowering both women and men to be advocates and mentors. We want to be proactive in reshaping the Christmas entertainment industry by creating new opportunities and standards for women performers. By doing so, we're not just promoting women; we're fundamentally changing Christmas traditions to include Women of Christmas performers as the new normal. After all, many of the Christmas traditions in a family and community have traditionally been lead and organized by women. WWOC Society is hosting 2 conferences in 2026.
There is very little difference between the two conference for the 2026 session.
The Wondrous Women of Christmas Grande Spectacular in Greater Cincinnati area will have 4 lunches. We will host a Claus Expo in lieu of a downtown activity. And there will be a community event instead of a parade. This is our Society hosted event.
The Christmas Ambassadors Symposium in St Charles, MO has 3 lunches - a parade through historic downtown and activities in the downtown area. The Legacy of Love award ceremony will also be presented in St. Charles. This conference is hosted by WWOC on a bi-annual basis on even years.
The curriculum will be same at both conferences. Both are opened to women and men.

YES. Mr. Ambassadors are going to have an amazing experience at our 2026 conferences!!
Among our professional presenters we will have Santa True, a Santa Claus Hall of Fame inductee. There will be breakout sessions for the ladies and gentlemen.
We need Mr. Ambassadors to join us in our goal to bring Wondrous Women of Christmas into the homes and businesses along side them. Imagine the upsell a Santa Claus can provide by promoting WWOC Society performers!
Yes, as each day and workshop leads up to the next workshop it is necessary for you to attend the entire event to keep up with the curriculum and to be sure you get your entire resume, portfolio and photographs put together.
Attendees are typically Professional Christmas performers, both women and men that have at least one year of experience as performers. These conferences are designed to advance your performance and business to the next level and so a little bit of experience will help attendees follow the program and training in a more receptive way.
Yes, there will be walking during the parade and meet and greet while dressed in full Character Attire - so be sure you have comfortable shoes and are prepared for a parade in St Charles, MO. (3-blocks)

There is so much scheduled during the day. Dinner is on your own most evenings, except for the formal dinner. In St Charles there is a wonderful outing in the Historic Downtown. Plus, lots of networking opportunities.
Yes, but very limited space and time to shop, so we are hand selecting the vendors, and because of short shopping time, vendors should probably be attendees to maximize their time.
Registration opens on September 5, 2025 - and there is no deadline to register. Once the events sell out then we will continue to take registrants on a waitlist that can take over any last minute cancelations.
