All hands on deck needed for event preparations. We have some amazing elements to prepare and set up. Any help we get is sincerely appreciated. Show up anytime, dress super comfy. Thank you to all of you for being the magic behind the magic.

10:00 am - 10:30 am:  Signing of the Scrolls: Santa Claus Oath, Mrs. Claus Commission, Elf Commission 

10:30 am - 10:45 am:   Break

10:45 am - 11:15 am:   WWOCS Welcome and Conference Launch

11:15 am - 12:45 pm:  Clausing at a Special Event: 2026 Theme - Mrs. Claus’ Tea Party Spectacular!  (This is a specialized training event for ALL Christmas Performers that occurs over lunch. These are skills that are applicable to everyone for any Christmas social event you could be booked for. Social time is included.) 

12:45 pm - 1:00 pm:   Tea Party Spectacular After Action Review

1:00 pm - 4:45 pm:   Advanced Performance Skills Workshop with Immersive Exercises w/ Santa True

*Tea Party Attire: Dress for a Christmas Inspired “Social Attire” Event. You will be on camera and filmed during this event. Dress properly, as marketing film captures will be used for your personal promotion materials.

*Gala Attire:

• Ladies, please wear something beautiful, formalwear is appropriate - gowns or dress pants, relaxed formalwear is acceptable
• Men may wear civilian dress shirt and tie. (Vest or Santa Vest optional). Jacket is preferred, yet optional. Absolutely no jeans or shorts. No Claus suits/pants except for an optional vest.

Mrs. Claus’ Pajama Party & Santa’s Reindeer Games at Main Hotel Lobby

• Mrs. Claus’ Pajama Party is designed to teach “Mrs. Claus’ Tuck-Ins” while having fun.
• Santa’s Reindeer Games is a training event to teach crowd engagement and fun activities for corporate events and home visits.

*Saturday Attire: Claus Casual is fantastic for this day. The PJ party and Reindeer Games are super casual or wear your PJ’s for fun!

4:00 pm:   Group Photo & Final Pinning Ceremony

4:30 pm - 6:00 pm:   The Christmas Grande Spectacular Grande March & Meet and Greet

With Special Guests: Foster Families! We get to meet and work with them directly as we provide a truly magical experience. One Claus or Couple per family will greet and escort their family through an entire North Pole Experience!

6:00 pm:   Closing Ceremony

* Sunday Attire: Wear casual conference attire to the event. 

Bring your ENTIRE SUIT for formal pictures and formal Claus/Elf event at the end of the day.   You will be in full dress for the afternoon. You can get dressed in the dressing areas or restrooms. 

10:00 am - 4:00 pm:   Breakdown day: volunteers, get comfy! And thank you for all the support your bring to this conference.
