  • (1) Mrs. Claus’ Pajama Party - Designed to teach “Mrs. Claus’ Tuck-Ins” while having fun.
  • (2) Santa’s Reindeer Games - A training event to teach crowd engagement and fun activities for corporate events and home visits.


Also happening along with Icebreaker: 

North Pole Swap Shop: Bring your gently used items, clean and ready to wear and sell. No vendor fee. 

**Lizzie Claus Casuals is graciously donating all thrifted items at the Swap Shop sales to WWOCS! There will be HUNDRED’S of items ready for you to wear or use. (A few conference ready outfits, dresses, and gowns will be available.)

10:45am - 11:15 am Christmas Grande Spectacular Welcome and Conference Launch


11:15 am - 11:30 am Room Reset


11:30 am - 12:45 pm  Mrs. Claus’ Tea Party Spectacular!** This specialized training event (conducted over lunch) is designed for ALL Christmas Performers (Men and Women). These skills are applicable for any Christmas social event, whether Santa, Mrs. Claus, or Elf booking. This year’s theme, Mrs. Claus’ Tea Party Spectacular, will provide the setting for the exercise but will be comparable to “Breakfast with Santa” and many other Special Events. (Social time is included.)


**Tea Party Attire: 

Dress for a Christmas Inspired “Social Attire” Event. You will be on camera and filmed during this event. Dress properly, as marketing film captures will be used for your personal promotion materials. No formal Claus or formal Elf outfits.

  • Ladies: Pants, skirts, and dresses are all appropriate and should be “Christmas party” themed rather than formal Christmas costuming. 
  • Gentlemen: Christmas inspired dress slacks and shirt. Santa Vest with a civilian shirt is acceptable. No jeans or shorts.


12:45 pm - 1:00 pm Room Reset


1:00 pm - 1:15 pm Special Event Training After-Action Review, moderated by Cat Ellen of CPW. A chance to capture those immediate take-away action items.


1:15 pm - 4:45 pm Immersive CPW Performing Skills Session, presented by Santa True. Whether you’re new to Christmas Performing Workshops (CPW) or you’ve attended a weekend course before, you won’t want to miss this high-energy jump start to the FUNdamentals of improving your Claus Experience in one-on-one and large event settings.

5:15 pm - 6:00 pm  WWOC Society Induction Ceremony: hosted by Rachel King and Liz Ruch

**Notes for Gala Attire: Christmas-inspired, but again no formal Claus or formal Elf outfits. Aim for a very fancy dinner event and can be as formal as “black tie.”

  • Ladies: Wear something beautiful, formalwear is appropriate - gowns or dress pants, relaxed formalwear is acceptable.
  • Men: Wear civilian dress shirt and tie (vest or Santa vest optional). Jacket is preferred, yet optional. Absolutely no jeans or shorts. No Claus suits/pants except for an optional vest.

Sunday - June 28, 2026

Sunday Attire: Wear casual conference attire to the event. 

  • Bring your ENTIRE SUIT/COSTUME (This is a Live Event, be prepared to wear your Full Performance Formal Claus/Elf Suits) for formal professional portraits and formal Claus/Elf event at the end of the day.
    • You will be in full dress for the afternoon foster family Meet & Greet. You can get dressed in the dressing areas or restrooms.

8:15 am - 9:45 am The Claus Experience: Program Development for Your Christmas Season,  presented by Santa True: Home Visit, Corporate Party, Tree Lightings, High-Volume, Charity Events, Photography Events. 

Others: Stage Claus, Schools and Libraries, Malls, Daycares and Senior Centers 


9:45 am - 10:30 am Media Professionalism and Live Event Training, Santa True & Rachel King

We will meet and work with them directly as we provide a hands-on Magical Claus Experience. One Claus or Couple per family will greet and escort their family through an entire North Pole Experience!

Monday - June 29, 2026

10:00 am - 4:00pm - Breakdown Day: Volunteers, get comfy! We appreciate all volunteers who can help us break down and pack-out. Lifting is limited, we mostly need help packing each of the items properly in organized containers. And thank you for all the love and support you bring to this conference.
